What we collect
- Information you give us through our forms: name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), country, order details, artwork links and messages.
- If you download our catalogue: name, company, work email and country.
- Usage data through analytics cookies: pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and prepare quotes.
- To deliver and support your orders.
- To send you product updates, if you opted in.
- To understand how visitors use our website, so we can improve it.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to meet our legal obligations, in line with UAE data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Sharing
We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website and form provider (Wix) and analytics provider (Google Analytics), and with companies in our group where needed to fulfil your order.
